Core Mission

To Reclaim Medicine

What Does This Mean?

To us, reclaiming medicine means restoring the foundational principles of healthcare that have been eroded by systemic overreach, politicization, and one-size-fits-all mandates. It is about returning power to the patient-physician relationship, the sacred space where individualized care, trust, and ethical judgment are the main drivers of medical decision making.

Physicians and Patients Reclaiming Medicine (PPRM) is an organization bringing together patients, medical professionals, and attorneys to work collaboratively in defending and upholding medical rights and freedoms.

What We’re Reclaiming:

  1. Patient-Physician Autonomy
  • The right of doctors to prescribe treatments tailored to a patient’s unique history, risks, and values—not forced compliance with rigid protocols.
  • The right of patients to access uncensored information and make informed decisions about their medical care.
  1. Free Speech in Medicine
  • Physicians’ constitutional right to speak openly with patients and publicly advocate for ethical care—without fear of censorship, retaliation, or loss of licensure.
  • Patients’ right to ask questions, seek second opinions, and challenge harmful policies.
  1. Ethical, Individualized Care
  • Rejecting blind adherence to generalized “standards of care” when they conflict with a patient’s needs.
  • Prioritizing the whole person - physical, mental, and emotional—over algorithmic medicine.
  1. Integrity Over Ideology
  • Resisting the weaponization of medicine for political, corporate, or bureaucratic agendas.
  • Ensuring medical decisions are driven by science, ethics, and compassion—not fear, profit, or coercion.

Why It Matters:

  • Rigid protocols harm patients. A treatment that works for 90% of people could be deadly for the other 10%. Physicians must retain the freedom to adapt.
  • Censorship kills trust. When doctors are silenced, patients lose access to truth.
  • Humans are not datapoints. True healing requires nuance, empathy, and the freedom to innovate.

How We Reclaim It:

PPRM’s fight is rooted in action.

  • Legal battles- to defend providers unjustifiably disciplined by medical boards and protect free speech.
  • Education - to empower patients and equip physicians with tools to resist coercion.
  • Advocacy- to expose systemic corruption, to strike down unconstitutional mandates, to amplify voices of dissent and promote the healing arts and to avoid monopoly in medicine and science.
  • Unity- patients, doctors, and attorneys working as one to defend medical freedom.

Reclaiming medicine is not a slogan—it’s a revolution.

It’s about ensuring that healthcare remains a human right, not a tool of control. It’s about restoring the oath to “do no harm” by putting patients, not systems—first.  Your support is critically important to defend our doctors and protect our patients.   Please make a tax-deductible donation to support our efforts.
